    Two additional children are born in Wednesbury to a James and Prudence Higgitt (1840-1845). This could be a second marriage for this James. The son James (1845) appears in the 1881 census as a coal miner in Nottinghamshire. No other record of a family in Wednesbury but some of the children are in Bloxwich which is a birth place recorded in the census for other families.
